New Bus Service connecting Herts. and Essex

The Hertfordshire to Essex Rapid Transit (HERT) will deliver a step-change in the passenger transport network through an accessible, reliable and affordable east-west mass transit system, which connects people to where they live, work and visit across both counties.

Sewers and Surcharges

Standon Parish Council is aware that some households and premises have been affected by blocked sewers and surcharging into homes and the highway.

Standon Parish Council wants to press the water authorities to attend to the situation, and needs evidence to demonstrate this is a serious issue in our villages.
