Dog Fouling
Standon Parish Council is receiving continual complaints that dog waste is not being picked up by some irresponsible dog owners, particularly on the playing field.
Football teams are having to clear the pitch before they are able to play - this is not acceptable.

The Moors - Trees
Standon Parish Council will be removing four dead Poplars from The Moors on Wednesday, 15th December 2021.
The public are therefore requested to avoid the area during the day and to maintain a safe distance from the contractors machinery and equipment.

New Bus Service connecting Herts. and Essex

Sewers and Surcharges
Standon Parish Council is aware that some households and premises have been affected by blocked sewers and surcharging into homes and the highway.
Standon Parish Council wants to press the water authorities to attend to the situation, and needs evidence to demonstrate this is a serious issue in our villages.
